1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Semantee's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Description of Services

Semantee provides AI-powered voicebot services including but not limited to:

Automated voice call handling and response
Natural language processing for customer interactions
Call analytics and reporting
Integration with third-party systems
Custom voicebot development and training

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete registration information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Not use the service for any unlawful or prohibited purposes
Obtain necessary consents for call recording where required
Not attempt to reverse engineer or copy our technology

4. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Semantee services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and finetuned AI models, are the exclusive property of Semantee and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
Usage-based charges are billed at the end of each billing period
All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified
We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
Late payments may result in service suspension

6. Limitation of Liability

Semantee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with 30 days written notice. Semantee may immediately terminate or suspend access to the service for violations of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, and we may delete your data after a 30-day grace period.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the Czech Republic.
